Mark Cacciola

Mark joined Sawyer & Company, Incorporated as a Vice President in 2023.  Prior to Sawyer & Company, he spent the bulk of his career at boutique fund managers based in Boston and New York.  Mark was most recently employed at high yield bond manager Polen Capital Credit.  Before that he held various roles at quantitative investment firm PhaseCapital LP.  At these firms Mark was responsible for implementing and evaluating fixed income and systematic macro investment strategies.  Furthermore, he worked closely with business development teams to promote the firm’s investment products to institutional investors such as Foundations & Endowments, Pension Plans, and Sovereign Wealth Funds. 

Mark began his career working in the Investor Services department at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. (BBH), where he supervised a team tasked with overseeing mutual fund valuations for some of the world’s largest asset managers.

Mark holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Merrimack College.  He became a CFA charterholder in 2022 and is a member of both the CFA Institute and the CFA Society Boston.
